How to use Google Forms? Things you should know.
In this article, I will show you that how you can create things with google forms like survey google forms quiz, etc. Head over to forms.google.com and sign in to your Google account you can either create a blank form yourself.

Or start from one of the templates provided there's quite a few on hand for personal work-related and even educational circumstances everything from party invitations to requesting time off and even several blank quiz templates

How to edit the Form
Feel free to look through all of these to see if there's one you can start from if not feel free to start a blank form by clicking on the plus icon near the top of the page you'll then be brought to the form creation window at the top you can add in your form's title and description then work on your first question by clicking on it you can choose your question type from the drop-down menu on the right anything from typed answers to multiple-choice questions and even file uploads.
Questions and answers you can also add in an image for reference by clicking on the image icon at the top for questions and mousing over and clicking on the image icon for respondent answers at the bottom of the question window you can opt to duplicate the question by clicking on the Copy icon or delete it by clicking on the trash icon to make the question mandatory and unskippable you can toggle on required to add a description for your question and access a few type-specific options like looking for keywords and short response questions
Or sending a respondent to another section based on their multiple-choice response click on the triple dotted icon to access your options menu feel free to experiment with what you can do with all the question types to add another question click on the add icon at the sidebar
You can also import a question from another form add a new title and description insert an image or video or create a new section or page for your form by clicking on their respective icons. Once you've got a tentative form put together you can try answering questions from the perspective of a respondent just click on the tree view icon at the top right to see what your respondents can see.
You can use this mode to test the form and make sure everything is working as it should once you're sure everything is working right.
Now your form is ready
Then click on the arrow icon at the top of the screen to send the form via email or by getting a link you can share for everyone to fill out having the box next to collect email address ticked will require anyone who wants to answer the form enter in their email address before submitting if you use a google account through work or school respondents will see a message at the top explaining that their username will be collected automatically.
Once your form is out you can manage responses through the responses tab on your form toggling off accepting responses will notify anyone trying to access or fill in the form in the future that the form is no longer taking responses by clicking on the sheets icon will create and open a spreadsheet with tabling
For all of the responses to your form click on the triple dotted icon next to the sheets icon on this page will show you the options to toggle email notifications. For new responses unlink your form to the current spreadsheet as well as to print delete and download all current responses to your form you can look through each filled form under the individual tab to see all the responses to a certain question click on the question tab and select the question that you want to view from the drop-down menu.
To see a general summary of all the data you received click on the summary tab.
